What data we collect and why

Booking & contact forms: when you request an experience, a proposal or a partnership, we collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, dates, party size, comments). We use them solely to manage your request and communicate with you. They are stored in our booking system (Airtable) and transactional emails are sent via Resend, from EU-based infrastructure where available.

Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device, approximate location). This involves cookies set by Google. We do not run ads and we never sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies: none beyond technical local storage (your cookie choice, and on our private tools, your access key). Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

How long we keep data

Booking records are kept while your reservation is active and for reasonable business/accounting periods afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to info@wiwantravel.com and we'll take care of it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Third parties we rely on

Vercel (website hosting) · Airtable (booking database) · Resend (transactional email) · Google Analytics (statistics, only with consent) · Zoho Mail (business email). Each processes data under its own GDPR-compliant terms.
