The experience
Paella is a ritual, and the only way to learn it is by the pan. Led by a chef, you'll cook your own from scratch — sofrito, rice, the coveted socarrat — and then eat it together.
With charcuterie to start, appetisers, two desserts and wine, cava and water on the table, it's a full afternoon, not just a class.
